Sometimes a little something beautiful can make a difficult day a little brighter.
Project Boudicca is dedicated to bringing moments of beauty, comfort, and connection to people navigating cancer. Our first initiative began with a simple idea: earrings.
Because even on the hardest days, every woman deserves to feel beautiful, feminine, powerful, and seen.
The Earring Tree
Our first earring tree was installed at the Altamonte Springs infusion center, where women undergoing cancer treatment can choose a pair of earrings to take home.
Completely free. No strings attached.
Each pair is donated with love, cleaned, sanitized, and packaged before finding its way onto the tree.
Some are colorful. Some are classic. Some sparkle just a little. Others make a statement.
And every single pair carries the same message:
You are still you.
It's not about the earrings themselves. It's about having something to look forward to during treatment. A moment of choice, a little joy, and a reminder that there's still beauty to be found, even in the most difficult circumstances.
A Thousand Was Just the Beginning
In our first six months, Project Boudicca donated more than 1,000 pairs of earrings to women undergoing cancer treatment.

One thousand reminders that a diagnosis doesn't define us.
One thousand acts of kindness made possible by people who believed that something small could make an extraordinary difference.
And now, a year into our journey, we're just getting started.
What began with a single earring tree has become a growing community of people determined to bring a little light into some very difficult days.
The earrings may be small, but the kindness behind them is anything but.
And every new contribution reminds us that the smallest gestures can create something much bigger than ourselves.
Every Pair Makes a Difference
Keeping the earring trees stocked is an ongoing labor of love, and we're always grateful for a little help.
We welcome donations of new and gently used earrings, including handmade designs and seasonal favorites. Contributions toward purchasing earrings and supplies also help keep the project going.
Whether it's a pair of earrings you no longer wear, something you created yourself, or a few dollars toward supplies, every contribution helps us bring a little brightness to someone's treatment day.
